When the fish is unloaded, fresh, chilled or frozen it must immediately be moved to a protected environment to avoid any contamination, possibly from birds or othersIf there is a short delay in the transit a lid should be put on the containers for protection in the meantime. The temperature of frozen products (- 18°C) may not increase by more than 3°C while unloaded unless they should be thawed directly.
